On October 17, Tai'an Industrial and Trade Enterprises Root Cause Treatment The three-year action promotion meeting and the quality and ability improvement benchmark enterprise observation meeting were grandly held at Shandong Xinheyuan Company. The purpose of this meeting is to implement the deployment requirements of the state, province and city on the three-year action plan for the root cause of production safety, further improve the production safety management capabilities and employee quality of the city's industrial and trade enterprises, and give full play to the demonstration and leading role of benchmark enterprises.
The meeting was hosted by the Tai'an Emergency Management Bureau and undertaken by Shandong Xinheyuan Company. The Tai'an Emergency Management Bureau and relevant leaders of various counties, cities, districts and functional areas and heads of many key industrial and trade enterprises attended the meeting.
The meeting was divided into three stages.
In the first stage, the participants visited the production workshops and safety management facilities of Shandong Xinheyuan Company. Zhang Zhiqiang, assistant to the general manager of the company, received them and introduced the company's business situation. During the observation, the participants said , the efforts and achievements made by Shandong Xinheyuan Company in production safety management and employee quality improvement are impressive and worthy of learning and reference by other companies.
In the second stage, the participants listened to the experience of Shandong Xinheyuan Company on the three-year action plan for root cause treatment and quality and ability improvement. Zhu Zhendong, the safety manager of our company, gave a detailed introduction to the innovative practices and achievements in production safety management, employee training, hidden danger investigation, etc., especially the new experience explored in the implementation of main responsibilities, emergency rescue drills, and hidden danger reporting rewards, which was highly recognized and appreciated by the participants.
In the third stage, Pan Jimin, director of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, made an important speech. He pointed out that 2024 is the first year of the city's three-year action plan for root cause treatment, and the responsibility and task of doing a good job in safety work are heavy and arduous. All enterprises should deeply learn from the lessons of various safety accidents in and outside the province in recent years, fully recognize the severe situation of safety production in the industrial and trade fields, resolutely put an end to lax and paralyzed thinking, and effectively transform the sense of responsibility of "always worrying" into the action of "having a bottom line in everything", and strictly prevent all kinds of accidents.
The convening of this meeting not only provides a platform for learning and communication for Tai'an's industrial and trade enterprises, but also injects new impetus into promoting the improvement of the safety production management level and employee quality of the city's industrial and trade enterprises.
